These Dill Pickle Ranch Pretzels are salty, tangy, crunchy, and wildly snackable. They take only a few ingredients and bake into a bold party snack everyone keeps reaching for.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix, 1 ounce
  • 2 to 4 tablespoons pickle juice, adjust to taste
  • 1/4 cup neutral oil
  • 1 pound mini pretzels
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill, optional
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley, optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 275°F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper so the pretzels do not stick and cleanup stays easy.
  2. Make the seasoning mixture.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ranch dressing mix, pickle juice, neutral oil, dried dill, and dried parsley if using. Whisk well until the mixture looks fully blended. You can use a little more or less pickle juice depending on how tangy you want the finished Dill Pickle Ranch Pretzels to taste.
  3. Coat the pretzels.
Add the mini pretzels to the bowl and toss immediately with a rubber spatula. Keep mixing until every pretzel is evenly coated in the seasoning mixture. If that feels easier, transfer everything to a large zip-top bag and shake until coated.
  4. Move the pretzels to the pan.
Spread the coated pretzels onto the prepared baking sheet. They can overlap a little; just try to keep them in an even layer so they bake consistently.
  5. Bake.
Bake for 20 minutes total, stirring once halfway through the baking time. Mix them thoroughly when you stir so the seasoning bakes evenly across the whole batch.
  6. Cool and finish.
Remove the pretzels from the oven. Sprinkle with a little extra dill and parsley if you want a stronger herb finish. Let them cool completely before eating so they crisp up properly.
  7. Store.
Keep cooled pretzels in an airtight container at room temperature.
  8. Rate and review.

Notes

For extra pickle flavor, pulse the seasoning ingredients with 2 to 3 tablespoons of actual pickles in a food processor until it forms a paste. Then toss that mixture with the pretzels before baking. That version pushes Dill Pickle Ranch Pretzels even farther into bold, tangy snack territory.
