Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can (14 oz / 300 ml) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups dried shredded coconut
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (plus extra for coating)
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla until uniformly smooth.
  2. Fold in the graham cracker crumbs, shredded coconut, and chocolate chips. Stir until the mixture is evenly combined and holds together.
  3. Cover the bowl and chill in the refrigerator for about 60 minutes so the mixture firms up.
  4. After chilling, portion the mixture and shape into small balls (roughly 1¼ inches across). Smaller sizes work best since they’re rich.
  5. Roll each ball in additional graham cracker crumbs to give them a finished coating.
  6. Arrange the coated balls on a tray lined with parchment and return them to the fridge. Chill another 30–60 minutes, until they’re set.
  7. Serve chilled. Keep leftovers sealed in the fridge for up to seven days, or layer with parchment and freeze for longer storage.

Notes

Quick tip: Use a small cookie scoop for even sizing and faster rolling.
