These Frozen Greek Yogurt Peanut Butter Bites are a quick, no-bake snack made with simple ingredients and a creamy, satisfying texture. They freeze beautifully, make a great grab-and-go treat, and are a fun option for kids and adults alike.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Small pinch of sea salt
  • Optional: mini chocolate chips or melted dark chocolate for topping

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, vanilla, and sea salt until the mixture is completely smooth.

  2. Prepare a baking tray with parchment paper so the bites do not stick.

  3. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the lined tray, making small bite-sized rounds.

  4. Add mini chocolate chips on top or finish with a light drizzle of melted dark chocolate, if you like.

  5. Place the tray in the freezer for about 2 to 3 hours, or until the bites are set solid.

  6. Transfer the frozen bites to an airtight container and keep them stored in the freezer.

Notes

  • Full-fat Greek yogurt gives the bites a richer, creamier finish.

  • Let them rest at room temperature for 3 to 5 minutes before eating so they soften slightly.

  • Great for lunchboxes, after-school snacks, or a lighter sweet treat on busy days.
